I am not sure why one camera is acting up, all the others have the video and dots on the dates . I checked to make sure there was actually video for the camera in question and there was . I tried comparing setting to other cameras but I am lost. Looking for suggestion TIA

Pretty sure this is one i picked up from any many years ago the camera is a Dahua V2.800.0000000.10.R, Build Date: 2019-11-18

Using my telepathy to decipher the problem but are you sure it’s recording on the NVR?

Thank man I hope soo! I am really lost more than normal!

@wittaj can you add some wisdom here?

If you have confirmed that 1 camera isn't saving the recordings to a different folder with a different retain policy, I would suggest deleting the problem camera and add it back.

I think I HAVE . I am stilling learning all the settings, I wish It came easier to me , I have attached some pictures for you ,was hoping that would answer your question or show something I do not see. the capture is the camera in question, the other one is server as you probably know!

When I delete the camera should I install it as new and not use a back up file?
