I noticed my BI server started to run sluggish, so I went into task manager and noticed the disk utilization was 100%. I then went into the recorded clips and noticed all of my cameras had tons of dropped frames. CPU utilization was only 18%.
I restarted my machine and the issue went away for now. What could have caused that?

- 10 cameras (6 HD 4 SD)
