hello friends,
we have to install 11 cams(both Bullet cams and PTZ) at different location which are 800m away from each other. which NVR is suitable for it. With POE or Without POE NVR. how to install as range of lan cable is 100m. we have to install a single NVR

Hire someone with the knowledge you clearly lack. You haven't even provided any detail in your question.
You are clearly out of your league for such a project.

Your question is pretty vague. How many cameras are in each building? The 800m away building has power (electricity)? Is there a clean line of sight between the two buildings (no trees or buildings)? If you can provide an address or google satellite map pic that would probably help.

Anyway, assuming there are zero cameras in the "main" building and 11 cameras in the 800m away building, here would be the setup:

If it's possible to trench a cable/lay some conduit:

$63.56 - 1000ft LC/UPC -> LC/UPC 3.0mm fiber cable (custom made in any length you want up to 120km long): 9/125 LC-LC Singlemode Fiber Optic Patch Cable Duplex - Yellow | FS.COM

At the end with the cameras:

16 channel 16 port PoE Hikvision DS-7616NI-K2/16P (or knockoff, i.e. ENR32P6-16) (or if you didn't need 8MP/4k support then DS-7616NI-E2/16P or knock off ENR31P6-16)
$26 - Gigabit Fiber to Ethernet Media Converter 1000Base 1SFP+1RJ45 Ports Gigabit Fiber Media Converter | FS.COM
$7 - Fiber Transceiver 1000BASE-LX/LH SFP (mini-GBIC) 1310nm 20km Transceiver | FS.COM

At the main building:
$26 - Gigabit Fiber to Ethernet Media Converter 1000Base 1SFP+1RJ45 Ports Gigabit Fiber Media Converter | FS.COM
$7 - Fiber Transceiver 1000BASE-LX/LH SFP (mini-GBIC) 1310nm 20km Transceiver | FS.COM

-------

If trenching a cable isn't possible and you have a clean line of sight (no trees or buildings in the way) then a pair of Ubiquiti NBE-5AC-Gen2 would work really well for a wireless bridge (DHT80, Channel 161 or 36, set the power level to almost zero for 800m, check regulations where you live).
