Hi everyone, I need some help.
I have a Hikvision DVR model DS-7716NI-E4/16P. I have one 16TB hard drive installed, along with three 2TB drives. There are 12 cameras connected to the DVR.
The problem is that the DVR doesn’t record on the 16TB drive properly. After formatting the 16TB drive, it records for about one day and only saves around 600MB of data. Then it stops recording completely. If I format the drive again, it starts recording, but the same issue happens after a day.
What could be causing this problem? Any advice would be appreciated!
