I have 2 NVRS, one being a Hiseeu and the other being DFHADF.

I have 16 cameras, 2 of which are routed through a router located behind my TV. All other Cameras hook directly to the NVRs. Both NVR units are hooked to the same Monitor TV.

The Issue I am having is that the DFHADF NVR can display 8 Images, and the other can display 14. But in the past 24 hours, I have changed the Hard Drives between these two, I had the DFHADF NVR only recording the footage from 4 Cameras. These 4 cameras cover the Front sidewalk, and are basically for Police use. This NVR cannot transfer footage to a USB Thumb Drive. You need to have a Windows Operating System installed and use a certain Program to transfer footage to a USB Thumb Drive.
My Daily Operating System is Linux Mint. I kicked Windows OS out of the house after they stopped supporting Windows 7, and I never will have another Windows OS in this house.
This brings us the real issue, I have 2 NVRs, And Both are showing the 2 Cameras that I have hooked to the switch behind the TV, and the only one hooked to the internet in this mess is the Hiseeu NVR. How is this Happening?

You are probably asking on the wrong section of the Forum, I sounds like you are not using the Blue Iris software for your system, which is what the people on this specific forum have knowledge about! I have no idea of the best place to ask your particular question, probably in another part of the IPCAMTALK forum, possibly this section NVR's, DVR's & Computers
