This I know, but have only ever purchased from Amazon during the sale. I did not know his timeline for sending numbers for purchases from the web store, or if I needed to send my order to him.

I sent a msg via Andy's store requesting a ticket for my Order and received email with lotto number within 24hrs.
I bought from Andy's Amazon Store, but find the cost savings better purchasing directly from Andy's Web Store.
Hurry and buy your new cameras, etc before the end of the sale and Good Luck to All with the Lottery!
Odd. I sent an email last week and usually also get a quick response, but didn't this time. I sent it again though, and hopefully he is expecting to look for it.
What cost savings are you seeing? I am seeing the same price between Amazon and his store.
During the sale they are the same price, but it is usually $20-$40 more on Amazon the rest of the time.
Keep in mind the time difference from Hong Kong to here, I normally get a response from Andy, late evening and early morning...while we sleep, he works...

Tough call @ this point as your other posts mention reaching out to him via other channels. Based on his raffle/lottery flyer with the details in post #2 of this thread, he's expecting the proof of purchase during the sale to come via the directions noted below (taken from his lottery flyer) in order to obtain your ticket(s).
Also... check your SPAM and trash folders. There are numerous documented instances where correspondences from him have ended up there.
Not my first rodeo and I have only reached out to him via the email listed in your screenshot, not sure when you have read I have reached out to him via other channels.

I have never ordered from the web store during a sale, only Amazon, and the lottery/sales info shown above does not say orders from the web store need to be submitted; it only mentions Amazon and Aliexpress.
Which is why I was not sure whether web store orders required submission.
