Yes, it was the same one. It was still following the doe and her 2 fawns. The doe waited on the grass across the street until the 3 legged deer caught up, then they headed back up the street to the open hillside that they had come down from. I saw it a couple of more times after this capture. However, the last few times I have seen this doe and her 2 fawns, the deer with the 3 legs was not with them. If I see it again I will update this post.You think it's the same one that was in your back area a few weeks/couple of months ago?

The 3 legged deer is still around. Spotted this morning coming down from the hill and walking on the street across from our house. It was still with the doe and her 2 fawns. Here is screenshot from the video.
