3xlogic is there a way to get passed camera password

I am trying to set up a 3X logic camera have the DVR and NVR need to get past camera password any ideas and the camera is secondhand

I am trying to put it in my house and I'm not a tech savey person so any help is great

You didn't mention the actual camera model, but if the camera has a reset button, you can try resetting the camera to factory default settings. The factory default username and password are likely: username = admin, password = 12345
