All are new. I bought them today from the local TigerDirect Store 4/30, but for some reason does not work as expected on my Q-see system.

I opened two of them (one TV-IP321PI & one TV-IP320PI). I tried to get them to work with my system thinking I had a bad camera I opened the other box, but RTSP kept freezing every 10 seconds (Not a camera issue)

As i said, Its not the cameras as I tried it with a friends system, and they worked perfectly.

I also "bumped" the FW on the open dome camera I opened to V5.1.7, in hopes that it would remedy the issues I was having with my system.



I will include receipt for warranty purposes (3 year Limited Warranty)
