How do you do a hard reset on these 4MP cameras? I've tried the whole unplug the cord, hold button, and replug back in for 10 seconds and it doesn't seem to do anything.

I had trouble resetting a 4mp turret. After trying several things this seemed to work although there is surely an easier way that I didn't know about: I pressed and held the reset button on the cord, unplugged the power for 20-30 seconds continuing to hold the reset, plugged in the power, still holding the reset button until the IR lights went out and I heard the camera click. No doubt that is overkill but it worked for me.
