Hi, I bought the 5M PTZ camera and it was updated to new firmware. However, the update was interrupted and the camera is brick. When plugged into power, lights come on but it doesn't speak, it doesn't move. However when I connect it by rj45 cable directly to the PC, it has IP 169.254.126.15 and ping is correct. I have downloaded the firmware, but how can I load the new firmware? Thank you
