Hi,
I have a Hikvision DVR, 7204 and i have forgotten the password and cannot setup remote viewing now.
I have tried entering the serial nmbr and generated a verification code but the system rejects the change.
I'm not sure if i pasted the correct part of the serial number but i am having difficulty.
Please assist
