1. Is there any way to zoom in when playing back a clip from the AI menu? Like if i select IVS human the thumbnails are good but when you play the video if the person is far away then you cant zoom and see them. is there a way to zoom in?

2. How do you block a camera from the being displayed. Mine are on a 50" tv displayed all the time and on my old setup it was just a clicking a private option for that channel. I cant seem to find that option on this NVR

3. Ive read that you can train the NVR or the camera AI to filter out bad results. How is this done? It keeps thinking a speed limit sign is a person and a bbq grill. Id love to exclude them without making an exception zone in the camera.

4. I dont know if this is possible or not but when i get a thumbnail and click the video is it possible for it to play that video and then go to the next camera with that person in it? kinda like how EPTZ works but with all the cameras around my house.

Thanks in advance

Are you talking the Provseries 5216-4ks2e?

1- I don’t think so. This is simply a quick view not one to go over details with
2- I’m not certain because I don’t use the NVR machine output for viewing. I use SmartPSS but can’t you x it out?
3- no that’s an AI thing in theory. I can’t say I’ve seen any get smarter. On the 5216 that’s all done on the camera anyway
4 Acupick is available in the newer NVRs like the EI series, not the older 5216

Yeah its the old non EI version.
I figured out how to block the camera view. I had to make a new account other than admin and then you can set what channels that account can view. If you logout of that account though it will default back to admin and all channels are back on live.
time to move the grill lol
I just got a pc to run blue iris on. I got a nice little levono thinkcenter with a 10th gen I5 and windows 11 pro for $10 over the weekend. I just need to get it some more ram as its only got 8gb right now. Im going to see how that works but i will end up getting a new NVR anyway just to have a back up.
