AD110 - Sub stream

Im having issues accessing the sub stream of my doorbell camera (AD110). For all my other amcrest cameras i can access both streams using the format below:

rtsp:/username:password@192.168.4.14:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0
rtsp:/username:password@192.168.4.14:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1 (sub stream)

For some reason type=1(sub stream) doesn't work for me with my AD110.

Even my camera software (scrypted) says the sub is idle. See snapshot.

Is there a web page interface for the AD110? I'd check to see if there is an option to turn on/off sub-stream. Try using VLC to test the streams. Looks like your stream format is correct, according to some, they are able to access sub-stream:

There is no web interface. I use the Amcrest Surveillance Pro software to manage it. As you can see from my snapshot there is an option for the sub stream..

I see you have sub streams turned on, try accessing the main stream using VLC, then the sub stream. Note one of the guys in the link couldn't access it with VLC and ultimately did a full factory reset to get it to work.

I can see the main in VLC. Not the sub. I will do a factory and see if it works. Thanks.
