Adjust PTZ sensitivity?

Can I adjust how sensitive the PTZ control is with Blue Iris? I'm working with Sony cameras specifically and the PTZ control is a bit much where I can get pinpoint control over the frame I'm trying to capture.

As in custom http messages to the camera? I can't seem to find in help where this setting is.

Right click on camera>Properties>PTZ/control, Bottom right corner change Speed.
