Advices to buy new IP cameras on large outdoor

I want to make a surveillance outdoor system.
I'm no expert on Ip cam, I read on your forum a bit of info, so I'll try to put some ideas.
I think every cam at about 200-400€ max each, 3-4 cam if possible. I will use a pc to record and monitor all.
As a detail of IP cams, I'm interested only to see (and detect with some motion/line intrusion detection) some intruders, not facial recognition/identification.

In the map:
I put the distances with google, the blue circles are the point of interest to look more.
I'll put some separate IR to light better on night.
I thought of covering the more space possible with fisheye, for example the new hikvision 4MP DS-2CD2942F in the numbered positions.
Is that model for outdoor?
It seems good in low light.
My doubts are obviously in the distance of vision of that cam.
As you can see in the distances, the cam
1) should get very well the 2 sides of the house, but how is it with the far distant point of about 66m?
2) this one should be in the middle of the first canopy and get 20m for side
3) should get the same 20m of this second canopy and some of the courtyard in front of it

Should this suffice to see some men's silhouette moving outdoor there?

EDIT:
I saw this video of a 4MP fisheye (they put 180° vertically, I will put mine horizontally to get 360°...): it seems to cover well 30m of a basketball court:

So, maybe the 1-2-3 points could be covered well, it remains doubts on the distant 66m point...

For the distant point, should I put a normal cam besides the other fisheye ones, as this:

Don't get fisheye, do the 2nd option.

Camera 5 get a 6mm+ (maybe 8mm or 12mm) lens to make sure there is a good zoom from where the road junction is. This is where cars will be going slowest.

Let me get back to you on the others when I have a minute. If your preference is Hikvision then you are probably looking at 200 to 300 euros for the decent WDR ones. A worthwhile investment IMHO.

I read a lot of good of Hikvision here, that's the reason I named it.

But, if I don't go the fish-eye route, I saw also that new Dahua 4MP has an unbeatable price vs Hikvsion at the moment: http://it.aliexpress.com/item/Dahua...ecurity-cctv-DH-IPC-HDW4421C/32407678230.html.
So, how well is Dahua in low light vs new 4MP Hik?
Also, has Dahua the real WDR comparable to hik?
How good is the Dahua's line detector (or generally SW detection) vs hik?
(Apart the possibility I can use a third party SW like BI.)

Generally speaking do you know a good, cheap European IP-cam vendor?
Here I see a lot of vendors for USA (or direct china).

You will still have a few blind spots there but once up you can then get another couple of cameras to cover those areas.

I would recommend Hik 4MP WDR over Dahua at the moment for your budget. You could get some cheaper cameras for the blind spots and for (5) a DS-2CD2032-I 12mm setup properly will be fine. You're trying to get numberplates on that camera.
