AI software compatible with Hikvision/Dahua To recognise Police car

We are in need of software, in which we can add hikvision / dahua ( or any other onvif or rtsp ) stream. This software then has to be able to recognise some specifik cars, like a police car or ambulance etc. so it can give a push message, or sound warning ( or any other trigger is ok )
is there any software like this available ? or is this little bit too future istic... ?

You can use Blue Iris and train a model to those requirements.

People have already created models for delivery trucks to give them a push when they come by.

The ANPR cameras only know the brand, color,speed, but if you want to identify the exactly police car or ambulance, then need a special algorithm to the camera.
