I have a 7608NI-K2 NVR with cameras 2CD2143GO-I AND 2CD2T63GO-I5
I have motion detection and line crossing set up on both cameras which operates ok and I get on screen alerts and emails. What I don't get is alerts to my phone, which is a Oneplus 6 with uo to date Android 9 (Pie?).
I have set the 'Notify Surveillance Centre' flags and added the setup to the iVMS 4500 app by going to Devices, Add and then scan the QR code. This adds my NVR, though it says IP 192.168.xxx.xxx:8000 Camera No.:2
When I swipe up the Device Information tab i see that information, add the admin username and password and there's a 'switch' for Alarm Push Notification. When I try to toggle that on it immediately goes back off and I get the message "Failed to get the push token"
I can see both video feeds in the app, live and remote playback.
Any help would be much appreciated!
