My alerts have inconsistent lengths, varying from 1 second up to the Break Time/End Trigger time. Should they not all be at least as long as the End Trigger time?
When I double click on an alert thumbnail, it plays for the alert length + what might be the Pre-Trigger Playback Time, which can be as short as 3 seconds with a 1 second long alert. Is there a setting to keep the video playing on longer, instead of stopping or looping at the end of the alert?
