Alerts not working

Since the latest update, I have been unable to get motion alerts to fire. The cameras detect and record motion correctly, and the alert triangle appears. However, the alert sound will not sound on my machine, nor will it get sent over to my Homeseer device through webservice. Both the alert sound and webservice do test properly. I have checked all "motion zones" on the camera alert tab just to be safe, and have alerts set to fire "when this camera is triggered." Is there a bug or am I missing something?
 
I had the same problem before 4.3.0.4 fixed it--you should probably send an email to support.
