I was checking my cameras and noticed that only 3 are on Main Stream and 1 is on Substream. When you change it to Mainstream it goes black and nothing is displayed?

Any ideas?

Have you logged into the "offending" cam's webGUI to see that the configurations in the video settings match those of the cams that DO display the mainstream video correctly?

EDIT: Hmmm......is this the same issue you had a year ago? ==>> Main Stream and Sub Stream issue on IP Cameras

If it goes black then it means either of 2 things, either the main stream is configured incorrectly within BI or you don’t have the mainstream enabled in the cam itself?

Edit: Assumed that you’re using Bi?

Are they running a NVR? When I ran one, if the bandwidth was too much, the NVR would drop one of the cameras feed until you took another offline. Just a thought.
