Yes, but. He negated the first Stop sign violation by going through it again in the opposite direction.
It is the same idea as "I have to leave early since I came in late"

You know, the more I think about this, the more I think he would have had to back through the Stop sign to actually negate the first offence. I think?
Some people i mean, why ride with the door open risking the packages sliding out and possible getting run over.
Oh, heck...by the post title I was expecting a REALLY big woman driving down your street. 
I was expecting to see packages catapulted out the side. Like a drive-by delivery.
