My alarm block looks like this:

NO1 C1 GND 1 2 GND
CTRL P GND 3 4 GND

My current setup is 12v 1 amp power supply (+) to alarm siren (+) and (-) from power supply to NO1 with (-) from siren to C1.
My specs sheet says it has 2 alarm outputs and 4 inputs. What I'm seeing is if I remove the pluggable alarm block from the top
and stick it into the bottom the siren will remain active (NC - Normally Closed) unless I click manual in the NVR settings to disable it.
If it's the same as NO2 and C2 it is NC and anything connected will be always on 12v.
I can potentially use this anyways such as to turn power off to an electric lock on a dog fence but I'm questioning how to change this
to a Normally Open or NO.

In manual it says CTRL is

"Controllable 12 V power output. It is to
control the on-off alarm relay output. It
can be used to control the device alarm
output. At the same time, it can also be
used as the power input source of some
devices such as alarm detector."

And P is

"+12 V power output port. It can provide
power to some peripheral devices such
as camera and alarm device. Make sure
the power supply of peripheral device
shall be below 1 A."
I've got two separate 12v relays as I knew the nvr has 2 alarm outputs.

That's the same thing I found google searching but it wasn't in my manual.

So I'm questioning:

or running the light's (+) to P
