This fear-mongering article by the highly liberal "business insider" magazine never really says just what issues a Constitutional Convention might take up and change.... but the speculation about the ramifications of it are somewhat fun to read.
I personally would also be fearful of a convention that could weaken personal rights and liberties through some inadvertent act.

Republicans' next big play is to 'scare the hell out of Washington' by rewriting the Constitution. And they're willing to play the long game to win.
