Android App Not Receiving Push Notifications

Is there a step by step guide anywhere to setting up an Android Phone in the BI main settings and the within camera alerts?

BI is like a real PITA when it comes to fluidity. I am using the BI App, I can log in too, but I cannot seem to get any notifications from my PC based BI to end to my mobile BI App.

Pay particular attention to some of the user permission tips in the second linked post, that's what finally solved my push notification issues (they very much fall into the "non-obvious" category of items to check)/
