Newbie here, posting a newbie question. The Annke support & community appears to have been deleted, so I've come to Hikvision forum instead.

I have an Annke N48PAW NVR and five PoE cameras connected via a Netgear PoE switch. The system has worked for a couple of years, until the Virgin Media Hub3 router was changed to a Hub5. Now none of the cameras show an image, and each has the error message "Exception/ the network is unreachable".

- The new router has the same IP as the old.

- The NVR has DHCP switched off, and has retained its old IP.

- The router, NVR and cameras are all on the same IP subnet 194.168.0.xx

- Rebooting the cameras, switch, router and NVR has no effect.

Where is the IP problem causing this, and how do I fix it?

If the NVR's LAN and all the camera IP's are static and and on the same subnet and are connected via POE switch (not POE ports of the NVR) then no router is needed.

I'd go over each one (NVR's LAN and cameras), one at a time, and insure the IP's are unique and static.

It should be simple and hard to connect or configure incorrectly !
