There was no litter for a while over here, now suddenly its picking back up. I think we got a new batch from south of the border...
Went down ASAP and found the guy. He was still in his van
Don't have video, but he didn't roll down the window, he opened the door. So I just launched the bag of trash inside. Ranch sauce EVERYWHERE.
Hopefully he will give up littering at least down my road
Got pictures just for effect, he did not like me taking pictures of the documents. Can't make anything out anyway
