It's the first Dahua PTZ I purchased back in early 2017. Model is SD49225T-HN. It is located on the far left corner of the house. The left side of the image in front of my car is where the focus is best. After this video capture, I increased the zoom from 4 to 5. This should help a little for that area where he stopped.

or at least find somewhere that isn't people's gardens such as some scrub or waste land.
In some places, people make pit holes in the soil / sand and take a satisfying dump. Its wild.

I just took his word for it.
Wouldn't like to go swimming at the other beach though. Imagine what you might step in. Not to mention what might join you if you were swimming. Sinkers and floaters, now there's a thought.
I worked in Lagos Nigeria for five years. Seeing people pissing and shitting on the side of the road was a daily occurrence. It was so bad that signs were posted telling people not to do it.
What's worse is when pet owners allow their dogs to defecate on the sidewalk and "forget" to scoop it up

My wife worked at the local TJ Maxx Distribution center for years, they would hire immigrants, and a LOT of them had to be taught how to use US bathrooms. They didn't understand the concept.
They'd go in the bathroom, and go on the floor. I assume looking for holes in the floor like some country's have.
