Anran Q3 - usable without subscription?

Hello

I want to buy a cheap solar IP Cam for my door and found the Anran cameras (e.g. this one on eb.: 166994773424).
I want to have 24/7 video on SD-Card and want to have move-alarm too. The feature to talk through the camera is also nice.

But I dont know if I need a monthly subscription in the app to use these features. I dont find that in the manual, but this doesnt mean much
Anybody knows which features I can use without subscription in the Anran-App?

Or is it possible to use own firmware or to use Anran cameras without the CN-Server-stuff?
I have an old Wansview Camera NCP-541W which I can use with router portforwarding, is this possible with Anran as well?

I asked about this already in a german security forum, which is not the right spot, I think now
Anran is more for playing, not very serious, I think, which is ok for me, it is indeed more for playing, rather than security

OK then, no answer? I bought it, the Q3 Max, for 65.- Euro.
I guess it works without subscription, but will post here when the cam arrived and I installed it.
