We can buy "Inkovideo" cams here in Germany: http://inkovideo.de/produkte/view/6/ - which seems to be Hikvision based too (or OEM builds).
Similar cams are sold by LTS too: http://www.ltsecurityinc.com/ip-camera/cmip1132.html
Some facts, I figured out:
-the cameras are Multilanguage
-the cameras can be upgraded (using TFTP) with official Hikvision 5.3.0 english firmware
-the cameras can not upgraded using Webinterface from the original 5.2.0 to the official 5.3.0- This is blocked by the Web GUI- I have to use TFTP
-I cannot apply "Custom Firmware Downgrader 5.3.0 Chinese to 5.2.5 English"- this bricks the cam
It would be interesting to know, if someone was able to apply the line crossing hack to increase the number of lines/intrusion zones.
