Anyone ever used CCTV-Mall.com? Legit?

Searching for new Dahua models and CCTV-Mall popped up. Seems like an OEM factory direct from China wholesaler. Prices are 5-10% cheaper than on other sites too. Anyone have any experience with it? Not sure if it's legit or not.

Their prices don't factor in shipping, and processing can take over a month. If you buy from @EMPIRETECANDY prices are inclusive of shipping and arrives within 2-3 business days via DHL

Also, Andy's sells International versions with English, not hacked versions which usually cannot receive firmware upgrades.
Which, BTW, Andy places on his IPCT page regularly!
