anyone having trouble getting a hold of support?

about a month ago I received an email that my subscription was due to auto renew so I checked and it's not due to 2-20-2020, I tried emailing and never got a response and now it's about to auto renew again

Support is very bogged down and could take up to a week to answer. You can always cancel your extended support if you don't want it to renew.

I’ve been communicating with him via the support email and it’s a couple days between emails.

Did you use the "Email Support" button on the Config page?

Also check your spam folders. For some reason gmail thinks they are spam.
