Are there any PTZ joysticks I can use with my Sunba P-636?

I'm really lost while shopping around for these PTZ joysticks, I have no idea what to get. Do they make ones that just plug into an ethernet port in my system that are simply POE? or is that not how it works.

I'm not trying to connect this thing directly to the camera.

Are there any cheap options? It's just the one camera.
