Area of Interest (AoI) Greyed Out

Hello!

I'm trying to edit the Area of Interest on one of my cameras. I'm trying to avoid facing a partial wall and a neighbor's window. I've used AoI on other cameras, but the option seems to be greyed out (even for an existing camera where AoI is set and working - I can no longer edit it...). Why is this and what can I do to edit this?



I want to avoid the areas beyond the red (at least in UI3) - is there a better way to do this?

Thanks for the advice.

Edit: it appears that this is a result of "dual streaming". I was able to disable the sub stream (which enabled the AoI)... but the AoI is removed/greyed out the moment that I re-enable the sub-stream...
