While searching on AliExpress for Dahua/Hikvision/Amcrest cameras, I stumbled upon a recurring brand: Asecam.
I searched the forum and oddly no results.
So I search the web and found this interesting review:
The guy seems to test pretty much all scenarios that I can think of at least. There is significant ghosting at night in color, but for the most part it looks pretty good considering this is a Sony IMX415 8MP 4K 1/2.8" sensor.
Here is a very low cost 8MP turret fixed lens camera claiming Minimum Illumination(Lux): 0.001Lux F1.2
I don't like that they don't have model numbers that you can verify or that they hardly give the sensor size and their "marketing" is misleading at best (showing a 1080P size to be less than 1/4 of the 4K size)
Anyone have any experience/thoughts on these Asecam cameras?
