They make great nightlights and accent lights during the day. Dial in any color (morning - blue/white, night - warm reds), reduce the blue light that interferes with sleep.

I love the RGB colors... The blacklight actually has a very functional/beneficial aspect that no other light has - when you close your eyes, you cannot tell if it's on or off. I've found no other light that has that characteristic. Thus, I can enter the room, and not wake the kiddo. Of course, if he happens to have a fluorescent dinosaur right next to his face when it comes on, that will glow enough to wake him.

Sorry. I confused myself thinking (Lowes) Iris zwave system. With Blue Iris. :).

I've kept my fairly simple just using the portal thru the alarm company and alarm.com.
