Audio Cable question

I'm installing some amcrest microphones (AM-HAP200) for my wired security camera system and I'm debating the best way to run the audio cables.

I need 100ft runs, and the microphones have RCA connections. I already have the video+power cables.

Pre-built 100ft shielded RCA cables are kinda spendy and I was wondering if I can just pop some BNC to RCA connectors on an RG59 coax cable instead...without any severe degradation to the signal?

Search for audio CAT baluns, should be able to find dual RCA over single CAT cable easily.
Easier & cheaper to install vs. shielded audio & coax.

If you want to maintain proper impedance for the microphone and audio system, which will effect fidelity potentially quite a bit, a balun or other method of impedance matching would be required for coax as well. RG59 has a nominal impedance of 75 ohms while audio, line inputs, are normally in the 600 ohm range.
