Audio doesn't work on BI Android App

BI Server version 5.9.7.4

I am unable to receive audio on the BI app. I can get audio when logging in to the BI webserver. On the app, I have my phone volume at 100% and I have the speaker icon on the camera feed checked (green). I'm logging in to BI on the app with the same credentials as on the webserver. I have 4 BI webservers at different locations (home and 3 offices) I have this issue with all of the BI instances. My business partner also has the BI Android app and does not have this issue when logging into the BI instances we share. So, the problem seems to be with my phone.

Any idea how to fix this?
 
Have you tried removing the device from the mobile devices tab, then reconnecting via the Android app? This step often fixes device connection issues.
 
Under UI settings/Video Player (Advanced) there is a setting to choose an aaudio codec. Your phone might not have the codec it’s set to.
 
Upper right, three veritcal dots. Touch that and a menu will pop up. First item is UI settings.
Ok, I see that on the web browser UI. But does the Android app use the web browser UI settings? To test, I changed it from FLAC to ULAW. It didn't fix it.
 
It was just a possibility. Sorry it didn’t help. There are some other audio settings. Poke a few buttons, and if something works be sure to post the answer.

Confirm that setting 'Audio listen/talk' has not been inadvertently disabled for the user who is logged in via the app.
Settings > Users tab > user.

When disabled, the speaker icon will show, but be disabled in the Android app.
