Young grasshopper
Took a gamble on some older avm542fp 2mp cameras - got 4 for almost nothing
Quick research before i picked them up, suggested they offer Onvif and rstp etc
Although unsure what the FP stands for
The P might be POE - whats the F? anyone have an idea?
They all fire up, (can heare them turn on, see lights on my POE ports) but I cant find a MAC address or an IP address
They don't seam to be broadcasting on my network (192.168.1.xxx)
Downloaded "CheckVideo IP Camera Scanner" - to try and it picked up my other cameras
There are some wires including 1X reset and 2X GND
Could anyone direct me how to use the reset? (could it be reset+GND)
I pulled 1 unit apart and didn't see a reset button - but i'm half blind and didn't know where to look (everything in this unit is black)
Other cables are blue and green plugs, but assume i can get by without them...
