Any suggestions where to obtain Axis replacement parts? I'm looking for a rj45 board for a PTZ.

Or a good repairer in the US?

Normally your best bet unless there is a local Repair to you is to try and source a defective camera on Ebay seeing there isn't many people selling camera PCBs.. If I was rich I would do it my self. But I have to much money in my own gear and do my own Repairs. Then not sure what type of camera your PTZ board is going to but the 100 or so Ip cameras I have repaired over the years some much easier then others.. What is the Model of PTZ you are working with and how do you know that you need an RJ45 board? Lot of people don't know that PTZs are a complex system with many different PCBs from POE/Power, Main control PCB and Camera PCB.

If your camera has a BNC connector and connecting the camera to 12 or 24v power depending on the camera and you get video out of the BNC don't always have to point to bad Ethernet Board..

I am sure you have but have you tried a different Ethernet cable? Or Port on Switch/Router/NVR?

I'm 99.9% certain I need a replacement female rj45 port.... lol. The board is totally fine, it's just the rj45 port needs to be replaced and it's been a huge pain in the ass finding the same exact port. But I did find the board manufacturer and I am waiting to hear back if it's purchasable.

It's an AXIS Q6225-LE PTZ

Yeah camera I don't have, would be worth finding repair shop to fix it. I am sure most rj45 in that format would be able to solder on replacement as long as pins line up and same type relief are used Not an easy part to remove and replace with used part so will want new. For sire.

Yea I'm going that route. I just ordered a new rj45 port and found a shop willing to remove and solder the new one on. I don't think it's a hard job but keeping my fingers crossed that it works.

It would be nice if the board manufacturer would just sell me a new board, since it literally took me 4 hours to find the producer.
