So I bought my up cam pro many many years ago and it’s worked fine. I recently had to change my router. So I’ve lost a sheet apparently that contains my QR code and the UID! What am I supposed to do to reinstall this thing?

More info would help:

• Camera make/model
• How were you viewing the camera... on a phone app named "cam pro" ?
• There is no sticker on the bottom of the camera with any code or numbers?

Do you know what the IP address was of your old router?

If so, then change the new router to the old router IP address.

Or factory reset the cams and NVR and start over.

Do you still have the old one or know what its LAN IP was?
