Best IP cameras for the money

I'm new to IP cams and I'm looking for a couple of IP cameras for home security purposes. Reliable functionality and performance vs cost is a constraint. Can anyone recommend maybe 2 or 3 of the best IP cameras for the money that are available today ? I've looked at Hikvision, but understand that their US market is no longer operational.

Money amount is irrelevant to my question. ie, when considering two items, if the cost ratio of one exceeds the quality ratio of the other item, then the latter is the better buy.
