Best trigger record settings?

Hi,

I am using BI 5 and am using the default trigger of and checked off motion sensor - configure is default & camera motion is off.

I am not getting many clips & was curious on the best way to have it work?

I did try disabling object detection and made the sensitivity higher (slid to left). That resulted in closer to round the clock recording.

Any ideas where a good balance lies?
