BI 2 way talk Mic. error

For some reason when i try to use the microphone button on any of my two way cameras, i get an error as show. This is from the server. any help would be appreciated since this has worked in the past.

it is happening on 2 foscams 2way and a new
Luowice PTZ Security Camera Outdoor 5MP FHD WiFi IP Camera with Human Detection, Auto Tracking, Color Night Vision, Pan and Tilt, Two Way Talk, Floodlight and Siren, Waterproof cam. So since the foscams have not had this issue in years with the same configuration, i dont think its the cam config. issue
 
Is that what BI found after you typed in the IP address, user, and PW and hit the find/inspect button?

No the first conf. inspect came up with foscam compatibility config. and it did not work either so i tried this one and it still did the same. As i stated before, its doing it on all my 2 way talk cameras
