BI 5.8.1.5 x64 running 4kCam from EmpireTech, keeps freezing in BI

I have a specific camera that is configured like all the rest of my 4k cams (all on the same firmware), however this one keeps freezing permanently in BI. When I log into the camera, its fine and running, but the feed is frozen perpetually in BI until I do a manual reset on the cam.
Is this a BI issue? I dont want to pay for a update to BI just to fix this, any work arounds?

It is likely a bottleneck somewhere in your system.

What computer?

What switch?

Dual NIC or VLAN or simply going thru the router?

Which cameras?

What is CPU%

Have you done all of the optimizations in the wiki including substreams?

An idea if all of the cameras are the same maybe delete that camera add new camera and copy from an existing one. Then change new camera to correct IP and start there.

Best to add the camera back with all new settings. Don't copy from another.
