BI android app hangs my hikvision 8mp

picked up a 8mp DS-2CD2385FWD-I from aliexpress, and only one issue.

When i view the cam from my samsung s8 on the BI app, the cam hangs. viewing from my ipad app, or pc is fine.

anyone seen a problem like this?

Must have been a bug, working now in the latest update.
