BI Changing Web Server Address Randomly

This happens every so often on its own, dont know why its happening.
The webserver address changes randomly in BI. When I go to settings, webserver, I have to choose the correct one from the drop down and save it, and it works for a few more weeks/months.
Any idea why this is happening?

Do you have the IP address of your network card(s) set to static, or DHCP?

Do you have Bind exclusively checked?

I've had times in the past where for whatever reason (firewall issues in my case) BI doesn't see the main IP as good so it falls to another available interface or an IP that it's seen before and stored in that list.
