BI h.264 streaming on a Mac?

I've been trying to figure out why I can't get more than JPEG streaming while using Chrome on my mac. I'm using the most up to date version of Chrome, but the UI says that h264 is not supported. If I browse the same BI server using Chrome on a PC, the h.264 streams are available.

Is there anyway to get it to work on a mac?

Can you normally play h264 files ok?
If not, you will need to install the proper h264 codec on the computer.

Look in the main menu (3 dots, upper right of UI3) for the "About This UI" button. In there it should tell you why H.264 isn't available.

Thanks bp, enabling the accelerated 2D canvas option in chrome resolved this issue.
