BI, old HikVision cameras keep freezing.

I have a couple of old HikVision DS-2CD3132-I. They have been rather good over the years but since moving to our new place, they have started acting up.
At first, they would just stop and become unresponsive to RTSP, HTTP and ping. I think I fixed that with a slightly higher voltage on the power supply I have as since upping it by 0.5v on the supply end, they have not done this again.

But over the last month, BlueIris has started to have issues with the two DS-2CD3132-I I have installed.
One or both freeze and stop recording.

The web UI works fine and the front door one still works on the tablet in the hallway so the camera themselves are functioning fine.

The app has also started to be slow and crash time to time.

Any ideas?
 
possible Cat5 terminations?
 
Lots of variables to solve this.
 
Hard drive or computer hardware issues.
