Hello. I'm new to the forum but a very long-time BI user. I recently needed to upgrade my BI server, so I went to the settings and upgraded. I was remote into the BI server, so I used the machine I was remote from to activate and pay for the upgrade. Of course, it didn't process the upgrade. I've been emailing BI support and haven't received a response. Do you have any words of wisdom on who to contact about this?
