BI upgrade issue

Hello. I'm new to the forum but a very long-time BI user. I recently needed to upgrade my BI server, so I went to the settings and upgraded. I was remote into the BI server, so I used the machine I was remote from to activate and pay for the upgrade. Of course, it didn't process the upgrade. I've been emailing BI support and haven't received a response. Do you have any words of wisdom on who to contact about this?

You need to renew from the website as they changed their payment merchant.

Multiple emails only puts you back to the bottom of the email list.

BI is one person so it can take a few days

Ok. Thank you for the response. This is the first time Ive had an issue with this process. I will wait it out and report back when I hear from someone.
 
BI support got back with me and all is well. Thank you. Sorry to be the guy that jumps on a forum as soon as they join and presents an issue. With that being said, Ive been reading info on this site for yours, I guess it was just my time to ask a question.
